Hi, I’m Craig, and my path to becoming a Remedial Massage Therapist has been one of transformation and growth. Before entering this field, life’s challenges and experiences shaped my perspective and fueled my passion for helping others, particularly in understanding how issues like hips causing back pain can affect overall well-being.
In 2012, at the age of 40, I decided to pursue a career in healing and well-being. I embarked on a part-time journey to study Remedial Massage, achieving my Diploma in 2014. But for me, it wasn’t just about learning techniques—it was about embracing a holistic approach to health, recognizing that true well-being comes from addressing physical, emotional, and spiritual aspects, especially when dealing with mid back pain causes.
Through ongoing education and personal exploration, I’ve integrated a wide range of modalities into my practice. From Reiki and Craniosacral Therapy to Shamanic practices and Neuro-Linguistic Programming, I’ve continually expanded my knowledge to provide treatments that help release tension, restore balance, and empower my clients to rewrite their own stories without pain or trauma. For example, many clients seek mid back pain relief and find that my techniques help alleviate their discomfort.
My “No Pain, is productive” philosophy emphasizes gentle yet effective techniques, allowing the body to heal naturally without unnecessary discomfort, which is crucial for those struggling with tight shoulders back pain or issues arising from poor sitting posture back pain. Whether working with carers, nursing staff, teachers, or anyone seeking relief, I strive to leave my clients feeling straighter, lighter, and more at peace.
At my clinic in Gilles Plains, I’ve created a space where time slows down, and the mind and body can truly relax. This journey has been about much more than massage for me—it’s about empowering others to live healthier, happier lives.
I look forward to continuing this path and supporting more people in finding their balance and well-being.
